Great facilities for skiers, excellent value for money, spacious rooms, friendly staff, convenient ski rental and shuttle services.

Great place to stay for a ski trip. the room was cozy and comfortable with enough pillows and bedding. There was also a small seating area to relax after a long day on the slopes. the hotel provided easy access to key ski facilities, making it very convenient for skiers. the onsen was excellent, offering a truly relaxing experience surrounded by snow.
There was not much information available in English which was a slight inconvenience, especially when trying to find restaurants and resorts. the reception area did not provide a welcoming ambiance and could do with some improvement.

Great breakfast, and the free shuttle service was very convenient. Loved the location, close to great restaurants and easy access to ski resorts. The cleanliness was appreciated, and the onsen experience was very relaxing after a long day of skiing.
The staff needed to work on their English skills. Communication was difficult, and some of our requests were misunderstood.

This traditional Japanese inn offers a private bathroom and friendly staff for an affordable price. the hot spring facilities include an indoor and outdoor pool. the breakfast spread offers a variety of Japanese options. It is just a short walking distance from the region's train station and a convenience store. Guests can relax in a spacious and clean Japanese-style room with instructions on hot spring culture and yutaka wearing.
The staff's English language ability is basic.
